Because of an over charged
good evening, i'm sending you this message because of the over charged that occurred when i booked my ticket from Napoli, to Torino, on the 22/11/2024. I realized that i was charged for a luggage.
But i didn't have any luggage, except this bag that i sent you the picture of it. Please i will like to get back the refund of the charge.

Verified Reviewer |I missed two consecutive trains for around $60 because of this company
The app had the wrong platform number for the train, which resulted in us missing our train and then the connecting train after that. I tried to get in touch with someone who could help me, but it kept redirecting me to the virtual assistant, which would restart the chat every 5 seconds and was incredibly frustrating. We ended up buying other tickets, were not reimbursed for our missed tickets, and to this day, I have no way of contacting these people other than by the incompetent AI they have installed.

Italian national train strike
Due to the national train strike on 16th june, we have had to make alternative arrangements to get to Roma by car.
This has of course incurred significant extra cost.
I have tried several times to navigate the omio app and links to tenitalia to apply for reimbursement of our tickets, without success.
Can you please advise.

Not blaming Omio entirely but big mis-communication on where to pick up bus-App, every bit of information sent was wrong- We, and others almost missed important pick up spot for bus because two different pick-up locations were listed-had to run through the streets, rolling luggage, us and others barely made our bus- would have never made the connection train-actual ticket lists nothing about meeting spot to pick up bus, as seen in last photo-

Hi, I just booked some ferry tickets and I need to cancell them as soon as it is possible. The booking numbers are: FH31LI7853QJ and FH62DI1677VE.
According to informations on the tickets they are refundable, but the cancellation does not work, the app says the tickets are not refundable. Why are there different informations on the tickets and on the app???

Unexpected Response
Initially, there was an automatic error booking in our fare class, and I did not find the customer service number anywhere to directly call. Only through this website was I successful.
Upon calling them, the representative was immediately responsive, resolved my issue, and even called back when the call dropped and accidentally got disconnected. I was highly impressed and surprised by their follow-up email to confirm our confirmation.
I would recommend using this service to book trains again. Thank you.

For your FlixBus journey from Napoli to Torino, the luggage allowance per traveler includes: One handbag (maximum 42 x 30 x 18 cm) One piece of cabin luggage (maximum 80 x 50 x 30 cm) I hope this helps clarify any misunderstandings.
